Our in-house expertise is the key to our success. Because we can make our own custom knives in-house, we are able to expedite orders and do things other companies cannot. We make sure our customers are satisfied before we run the jobs.
A prototype is run and each moulding is approved before we begin production. We enjoy having our customers involved in the design of their products; and, we are happy to mould the customer’s own product if they wish to supply the raw board. Each order is quality checked every 2,000 l/f.
CNC Routing
We can make our own drawings or the customer may supply us with the ‘DFX’ file.
You may want to look through our existing profiles to see if we already have one that you would like to use. If not, no problem! We will create a drawing in house to your specifications. To assist in duplicating a Customer’s wood part or drawing we have invested in a state of the art ‘Digitizer’ to speed up this process.
Custom Mouldings
Custom moulding is our specialty. From traditional casing to architectural profiles we will produce mouldings using almost any hardwood or softwood species. The customer may supply the sub straight or we can supply the sub straight.
